As society evolves it becomes more demanding and more involved in the management of public assets. Infralobo, as a municipal company responsible for the management of the said assets, also strives to ensure the sustainable optimisation of its services.
Infralobo works towards continued improvement and innovation, making the implementation of a Quality and Environmental Management System imperative, despite not being compulsory. It recognises that this procedure will bring major economic, social and environmental gains.
The first phase of this goal was achieved in January 2016, when the company obtained ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System Certification. In 2018, we transitioned to the most current version of the standard - ISO 9001:2015.
We are thus continuing to work on this process covering every department of the company, which aims to improve organisational and operational procedures.
Social Responsibility is also an integral part of our values. As such, the company has developed several measures that enable us to make good on this intention.
In this context, Infralobo has developed its Code of Ethics and Conduct, aimed at all its suppliers, partners, customers, employees and other interested parties, which promotes their awareness, acceptance and compliance.
